Clubhouse Staff
The City of Mason City is currently accepting applications for Clubhouse Staff at Highland Park Golf Course.
- Hourly rate is $12.00 and up + Tips, based on experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Seasonal position from April 1st-October 31st
- Positions to be filed as soon as possible with an actual start date to begin in April and could end October however weather can effect hours and start/end date.

Grounds Maintenance Workers
The City of Mason City is currently accepting applications for Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Workers for the City Parks, Highland Golf Course and Elmwood Cemetery.
- Hourly rate is $13.00. based on experience
- 20-40 hours/week available, depending on assignment
- Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed at Golf Course
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Seasonal positions available from May 1st - October 31st
Duties Include:
Mowing grass with a mower, weed trimming, or tractor.
Tree pruning and bush pruning
Cleans and maintains restrooms, shelter houses, and grounds.
Positions will be filled as soon as possible with an actual start date beginning May 1st.
