Paratransit
The City of Mason City contracts with Region 2 Transit to provide door-to-door paratransit service for elderly and disabled customers who are unable to use regular fixed-route public transit. For information on using paratransit read Welcome to Mason City Paratransit

For information about this service, call Region 2 Transit at 641-423-2262. Passengers with hearing disabilities may contact Relay Iowa for assistance by dialing 7-1-1 or visiting their website at www.relayiowa.com.
Mason City Transit also offers ADA lift-equipped buses on all fixed-routes.

The City administrator of the City of Mason City will be responsible for initiating and monitoring Title VI activities, and all other responsibilities as required.
Complaints must be in writing, and must be signed by the complainant and/or the complainants' representative. A Title VI non-discrimination complaint form is available at the Mason City City Administrator's office in City Hall, 10 First Street NW, Mason City, IA 50401, during normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm.
